Virgin Islands Perinatal Inc. (formerly the Virgin Islands Perinatal Partnership) is a public health care organization which provides education and outreach services.

This 17 x 22" poster encouraging young mothers to seek prenatal care was created from a radio campaign, and translated into English and Spanish. To keep printing costs down, the design was kept to two colors, and was designed to be readable even when the red ink fades in the sun. To further reduce printing costs, the graphics were designed around the translation so that the same red ink plate can be used for both posters.
