Estate Southgate Farms is a young, optimistic, community-friendly organic vegetable farm on the island of St. Croix. The farm’s clients include community groups who buy produce in bulk, restaurants and other wholesale buyers, and the public. A variety of printed materials are being created and updated with lists of available seasonal produce, recipes and cooking tips, and information about Southgate’s farming practices, for distribution to wholesalers and as handouts at cultural events where the farm has a booth.
